Who this notice covers

AB3S is the public-facing brand of AB SOFTWARE SCOPE SOLUTIONS INC. This notice concerns information handled through this corporate website. A separate agreement or notice may govern a client project or a future software product.

Information you provide

The inquiry form asks for the information needed to understand and respond to your request. Do not include passwords, payment details, health information or other sensitive material.

• Required: name, email and a description of the problem to solve, with your consent.
• Optional: company, type of need, indicative budget and desired timeline, as well as the use case you came from, if any.
• Consent and submission time accompany an accepted inquiry.

How information is used

Submitted information is intended to assess your request, prepare a relevant discussion and respond about a possible engagement. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing campaign.

Technical processing and providers

Fonts are served from this website; no font request is sent to Google. The contact page loads Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions; its verification token and your IP address are checked with Cloudflare by the server.

The server uses a salted hash of your IP address to limit attempts in a Redis database (Upstash). These rate-limit keys expire after 15 minutes. Accepted inquiries are sent by email to info@ab3s.net through the Resend email service.

The website is hosted by Vercel. The inquiry processing, the Upstash database and the Resend email service operate in the United States (us-east-1 region), and inquiries are received in a Microsoft 365 mailbox. Your information may therefore be processed outside Québec and Canada. Hosting logs may also contain technical request information, such as the IP address and browser.

Retention and safeguards

Inquiries are kept for two years after the last exchange with you, then deleted. Only the President of AB SOFTWARE SCOPE SOLUTIONS INC has access to the mailbox where they are received. The 15-minute rate-limit expiry does not describe the retention of an inquiry.

Server-side validation, spam verification and access secrets are included in the implementation. These measures do not constitute a guarantee of absolute security or a compliance certification.

Privacy questions and requests

You may ask about access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion, subject to the applicable rules and exceptions. The person responsible for the protection of personal information is the President of AB SOFTWARE SCOPE SOLUTIONS INC. Send your questions and requests to privacy@ab3s.net.
